Bits of history are scattered
throughout the SBCC. Many of the now
wooded hillsides are patched together with stone walls, a reminder that much of
the landscape was once farmland. Within
the corridor one can explore foundations of old homesteads, mill sites, and even
the path of a Revolutionary War march.
